1.     Booking and Payment

  1. You may book horse tours (including related services) through our Site. The Service Provider is solely responsible for the horse tour and related services, including pricing, availability, and quality.
    1. Other tours, including but not limited to those organized by local or international intermediaries or tour operators, may also be featured on our site. In such instances, pertinent details will be clearly specified in the tour description. It is important to note that, in these cases, we act as an intermediary for the tour operator rather than the service provider. Any concerns or issues during the service provision should be directed to the respective tour operator or intermediary. Additional contact information, will be provided to you at the time of booking.
    1. Payment for horse tours is processed through our Site. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your bookings. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor (PayPal), and we do not store your payment information.
    1. You are also authorized to make a cash or bank transfer payment if the ‘PAY NOW’ method is not suitable for you. In that case, you should reach us at info@everywhere.ge or on the phone number: +995 595 022 102, and we can negotiate the payment terms.

2.     Payment and Booking Confirmation

  • If you intend to make a purchase of any tour offered through our Service (‘Purchase’), we may request certain information from you that is relevant to your Purchase. This information may include, but is not limited to, your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, billing address, and shipping details.
    • By making a Purchase, you confirm and guarantee that: (i) you possess the legal authority to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) for the Purchase, and (ii) the information you provide to us is accurate, truthful, and complete.
    • To facilitate payment processing and the completion of Purchases, we may utilize third-party services. By providing your information, you grant us permission to share this information with these third parties, subject to our Privacy Policy.
    • We retain the right to decline or cancel your order at our discretion, which may be due to reasons including, but not limited to, tour availability, inaccuracies in the service description or pricing, errors in your order submission, or other valid grounds.
    • Furthermore, we maintain the right to reject or cancel your order if there is suspicion of fraud or an unauthorized or unlawful transaction.
    • Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing the details of your reservation. Please review this confirmation carefully for accuracy.

3.     Provider Responsibility

  • The Service -Provider is solely responsible for the delivery of the horse tour services, including but not limited to tour safety, quality, and adherence to any applicable laws or regulations.
    • Any disputes, complaints, or issues related to the horse tour services should be directed to the Provider. We are not responsible for resolving disputes between Clients and Providers.
    • To avoid any doubts, the Service Provider includes the horse stable, the driver, and any other natural or legal persons who provide the services. We are not responsible for any negligence, intentional actions, or inaction of Service Providers that may result in material, immaterial, or physical damages to you. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that in such cases, all issues must be resolved directly between you and the Service Provider.

4.     Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • We offer refunds for bookings made up to 7 days before the tour’s scheduled start date. If you decide to cancel your booking within 6 days of the tour’s commencement, a 50% refund will be issued. However, if the tour is canceled within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, no refund will be provided.

5.     Liability

  • Our Site acts as an intermediary and does not assume any liability for the horse tour, transportation or any other services provided by the Provider. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by Providers.
    • You agree that any claims or disputes related to the horse tour services are solely between you and the Provider. You release us from any claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
    • We act solely as an intermediary between you and service providers and does not assume any responsibility for any damages to your health, body, or property that may occur during the course of the provided services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, health issues, property damage, or other losses incurred during their travel or engagement with service providers.
    • You further understand and agree that it is the sole responsibility of the service provider to ensure the safety and quality of the services offered. We shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of the service provider or their employees, agents, or subcontractors.
    • You are strongly encouraged to review the safety guidelines, terms, and conditions provided by the service provider and take appropriate precautions to safeguard their health, body, and property during their travel or engagement with the service provider.
    • By using the services provided by us, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, including the limitations of liability outlined herein.
    • You are permitted to utilize the Service exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Terms.
    • Notwithstanding any other provision in this agreement, you expressly acknowledge and agree that no term or provision herein shall be construed as a guarantee from us that the Service Provider is appropriate or compliant with legal requirements, including but not limited to safety requirements.
    • For clarification, it is important to note that the terms outlined in the present article also apply in the event described in article 1.2. It is important to understand that responsibility falls exclusively on the other tour operator or service provider. Under no circumstances should we be construed as a responsible or liable party.

  • When you register an account with us, you affirm that the information you furnish is truthful, comprehensive, and up-to-date at all times. Providing inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
    • You bear the responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to assume accountability for any activities or actions conducted under your account and/or password. Promptly notify us if you become aware of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account.
    • We retain the authority to decline service, deactivate accounts, modify or remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
